We are looking for guys to work on upcoming residential remodeling and renovations projects. We would like to train our teams from scratch, so no experience is absolutely PREFERRED. Responsibilities
The jobs will include general labor for residential renovation projects, such as drywall, finishing, trim carpentry, and various other related work. Your responsibility is to be open to learning new skills and techniques and taking direction. You must be quick to learn our methods as they are solid and proven. Again, we prefer guys with no experience. Another equally valuable commitment we expect of you is to simply show up to work. That is literally half the job right there. It's overlooked oftentimes, but simply coming to work on time and when you say you will be on site, is one of the most important factors of your success. We don't expect anyone to come on and be an expert, but rather we want to train our teams from the ground up with proper tried and true techniques. We are looking at your mindset and attitude, not your background, when it comes to hiring.
Qualifications
Other than a desire to learn a valuable trade, there are no qualifications required. Be motivated, show up to the job site as scheduled, and take direct well: these are the most important criteria at Machtemes DBR. You are not required to have your own tools. The specifics of what you will be using to complete work will be discussed further once we have an agreement in place.
