Hello,
We are looking for an attorney admitted to practice in Michigan to serve as local counsel
for a real estate matter. We can handle all the heavy lifting on the case and it should be
a straightforward issue we need to resolve.
I am helping out a friend - pro bono - who purchased a
property in Kalamazoo county.
Briefly, I've been admitted in New York for 18 years, but am not admitted in Michigan.
We are filing an OSC against a Township regarding a demolition order on my client's property.
In short, my client bought the property a few months ago. Unbeknownst to her, there was an active
order to demo the property.
We are filing an Order to Show Cause to stop the demo.
I already have the forms from Westlaw and need only limited support as a sponsoring attorney.
I have no disciplinary actions or history of conduct issues - and you can look me up on the NYS attorney records.
