All aspects of renovation/rehab needed. Single trade, handyman, or multiple skill tradesmen welcome.
Also licensed plumbers, HVAC, and electricians able to pull permits.
This a bid based, per contract offering. Not an hourly rate.
All bids are labor only. All materials provided by client.
As a contractor you are responsible for all tools, paint applicators (brushes, rollers, tape, tarps, plastic), etc.
Requirements:
- proper insurance (general liability, workers comp or waiver)
- must sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
- proper tools and transportation
- ability to manage yourself and agreed contracted project
