Product Development & Industrialization: Support development and validation of remanufactured products and components.
Ensure product designs meet manufacturability, cost, and reliability targets.
Lead product industrialization from concept through production release.

Process Performance & Optimization: Improve first pass yield, reduce scrap and rework, and optimize cycle time.
Develop, validate, and standardize manufacturing processes and parameters.
