Working experience with Quality & Reliability disciplines (FMEA, DFA, DFM, DVP&R, Six-Sigma, APQP, 8D). Experience with ERP system, PLEX preferred. Knowledge and experience with TS 16949 and ISO 14001. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), SharePoint, and MS Project. Very strong leadership qualities and experience. Highly organized with a strong attention to detail. Ability to manage change and priorities and coordinate/realign project resources as necessary. Thorough knowledge of Theory of Constraints with demonstrated implementation. Knowledge of federal, state, and local safety, environmental, and facility regulations.
