OverviewGovCIO is currently hiring for a Change Manager to support HUD.Responsibilities
Develops, publishes, and implements test plans for complex, multi-tier, distributed, applications throughout the full lifecycle
Develops automated testing systems using commercial tools, scripts and data set.
Participates in all aspects of testing, including functional, regression, load and system testing
Assures the appropriate level of quality by the resolution of important defects by working with developers and/or engineers to ensure the software or hardware development process has an appropriate level of testing
Develops response strategies and processes for high-criticality and security vulnerability related bug notifications
Pro-actively investigates and finds potential security holes and attack vectors within both the existing and newly-developed code base
Qualifications
Bachelor's with 0 - 2 years of change management experience (or commensurate experience)
Clearance Required: Ability to maintain a public trust clearance
