Electrical Lead

Description:· Working Supervisor with 4-5 Employees under you, while continuing day to day activities

· Wiring Production machinery per engineering supplied prints, performing layout of machine's electrical devices such as control panels, disconnects, junction boxes and related hardware per standards of customer

· Assist with startup of new machinery, debugging and troubleshooting issues as necessary

· Dissasemble machinery for shipments, ensuring quick and efficient installation and setup at the customer location

· Organizational Requisition

· Involved in Day to Day operations and decision making

· Help with staging aspectsSkills:Electrical, panel wiring, panel building, Industrial, Hydraulics, Plc troubleshooting, TroubleshootingTop Skills Details:Electrical,panel wiring,panel building,IndustrialAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Ability to interpret all aspects of hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical diagrams

Experience with PLCs

Functional understanding of electrical components and HMI’s

Experience with trouble shooting control and power circuits

Knowledge of electrical safety practices

Minimum 4 years of machine wiring experience and completion of electrical apprenticeship or electrical classes – this includes but is not limited to panel building.· If no electrical classes have been taken, then a minimum of 8 years of machine wiring experience

Ability to operate the following equipment:

Conduit Bender

Pipe Threader

Sabre Saw

Grinder

Amp Meter

Multi Meter

Computer (Electrician A)

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Industrial supervisory role

Preferred:

Willing to assist with building and equipment maintenance for routine issues

Experience with and willingness to use computers, including Microsoft 365, Excel, etc.
