Lead and manage the Workday sprint process, ensuring prioritization and timely delivery of all HR and Payroll Workday enhancements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, establish timeline, drive project decisions, and mitigate risks, while also achieving HR priorities and supporting the HR Leadership Team Coordinate resources and collateral for internal and external audit and compliance-related projects Drive the execution of tasks as defined in the project plan for recurring HR projects, such as Compensation Planning and Performance Management Oversee the management of changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques in order to keep the project plan accurate, updated, and reflective of authorized project changes Serve as the communication hub for HR projects, keeping all stakeholders informed and engaged on project status and updates Establish strong relationships with the HR COEs to ensure alignment on goals, resources, and timelines Develop and implement change management plans, including developing training programs, stakeholder analyses and communication planning, to support project success within the HR organization, as well as maintaining the Workday Hub with the latest Workday training and communication Document and track meeting notes, action items, and follow-up tasks for all meetings and calls, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with relevant stakeholders Coordinate with the EPMO as needed on larger scale initiatives Required Qualifications: Three (3) years of experience in HR project management or combination of education and experience Successful project tracking and schedule compliance Ability to work across multiple job levels to achieve results Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment Consistent success in leading teams to meet aggressive deadlines Outstanding time management and organization skills Demonstrated experience in project management and change management within an HR environment Great oral and written communication skills Proficient in Office 365 and Smartsheet Ability to clear required background check Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field Project Management Institute (PMI) certification such as Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) Prosci Change Management Certification Knowledge of Workday a plus WORK ENVIRONMENT: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.   • SUMMARY: This position is primarily responsible for performing duties as a Test Specialist including performing as the test lead on small and medium scale projects and testing initiatives; working with other testers to determine test environment set-up requirements; developing and executing systems testing; providing system expertise on small and medium scale system changes; sharing test results with members of the project team; and logging and tracking defects found in testing. Participates in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems. Works collaboratively with BA\'s, Testers, Developers, and Internal Business Customers to investigate and explore alternatives to system issues and enhancements. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist development with analysis and design for new or existing systems. Collaborates in the analysis of advantages and disadvantages of solution alternatives as they are reviewed and a solution recommendation is made. Participates in the pro-active review of enterprise processes and applications. Provides input that determines relative efficiency of the alternatives. Functions as testing expert in the inspection of business and system requirements.
