IT Service Desk Technician

Description:This position will be a Tier I / Tier II IT Support role.Excellent customer service skills. Phone/chat support experience a plus because of remote work.Proficiency with Windows and MacOS. Experience with Linux a plus.Experience in a scientific or academic setting a plus.
