The Sr Lead IT Systems Analyst partners with control owners as a second line of defense to validate that ITGC have been completed timely and with correct data to pass the control. Drive process improvements to continue to move processes tied to controls forward. Participate in large scale project testing for risks, gaps and SOX controls.The Main ResponsibilitiesThis position is supporting IT SOX controls and Internal Audits working with both Internal Audit and external auditors. Identify and analyze gaps between current processes and the desired state.Help to design and integrate new processes and provide training and assistance where neededLead reviews to ensure that processes meet changing PCAOB and business unit conditionsWhat We Look For in a CandidateStrong knowledge of IT SOX process controls, methodology and proceduresStrong analytical thinking and ability to shift and review processes/data from various systemsStrong organizational and planning abilitiesAbility to lead through process change management, with strong process design and documentation skillsAbility to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations, without damage to the relationshipAbility to effectively interact with internal IT Control Owners, SOX Internal Audit team, External Audit, and other internal and external support organizations while maintaining a high level of customer service.Excellent oral and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability to produce results, solve complex problems and lead teams through matrix management in a challenging environmentAbility to drive resolution of complex problems under tight deadlinesEducationIdeal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, accounting or other business discipline with at least 7 years of relevant experience in IT SOX Audits, Internal audit, risk consulting, or external audit. CIA, CISA and/or CPA is a plus.CompensationThe starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location.
