Turner & Townsend is looking for a Senior Electrical Project Manager with experience in electrical systems to lead and oversee the electrical aspects of retrofitting an existing factory into a state-of-the-art battery manufacturing plant for a high-profile client. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of the project within the specified timeline and budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:  Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chain to deliver compliant projects.Manage the interface between all suppliers through monthly trackers and weekly reviews.Manage the flow of project information between the project team through regular meetings and written communications.Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors, and regional stakeholders.Assist in developing excellent working relationships with clients to maximize new opportunities.Verify that effective project governance, processes, and systems are utilized.Ensure application of best practices on all projects.Capture key information and learnings from each project.Identify ways to improve internal systems and processes.Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip.Monitor the progress of multiple construction projects to ensure compliance with approved design standards.Produce formal project status reports and other required reports.Independently review status reports, drawing submittals, timelines, and costs from architects, contractors, and suppliers.Forecast and update key project milestones.Develop and manage schedules specifically related to battery retrofit projects.Ensure integration of battery systems with existing factory infrastructure.Monitor and report on the progress and cost impact of battery retrofit activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgets.Provide expertise for cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance where required.Respond rapidly to RFIs from the field.Provide strategic advice to project teams to achieve both client and business objectives.Offer commercial input to design optioneering and value engineering exercises.SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
