You can hear our CEO, Rajiv Ramiswami, talking about its significance here: https://www.nutanix.com/solutions/ai?icid=60011URNSNIE5About the TeamWe are looking for an experienced, motivated, and entrepreneurial AI Solutions Architect to support our Enterprise AI GPT Go To Market efforts in our Americas Solutions Architects and Specialist Organization at Nutanix.In this role you will report directly to the Americas Director of Portfolio Solutions. This is the first hire of its kind in our team and you will need to be a builder and a natural entrepreneur – but with the benefit of building a “start-up” within a mature and financially viable Cloud software company with a core customer base of over 24k customers to which you can sell. You will need relevant experience in Cloud software and IaaS as well as in the AI space. You will work closely with our Enterprise AI GPT Engineering, Product Management and other Solutions Architect teams to help you evangelize in the market and to build and mature our GTM as the AI space evolves.Your Role

Act as an AI Advisor to our next set of NAI customers through our offering guidance, BPs and market knowledge. This requires deep curiosity about the enterprise AI makret and applying enterprise AI technologies and solutions to solve specific business challanges.

Help land and onboard our next set of GPT customers from existing pipeline and learn from those engagements

Evolve the messaging and market entry strategy for Nutanix, with relevant collateral for the field

Segment market to target appropriate Nutanix install base and personas within those customers

Build GPT marketing plan for the rest of FY24 and into FY25

Contribute to the enablement plan for the field for the rest of FY24

Help identify specialist partners and SIs to help us scale once we have sufficient credibility in the space

What You Will Bring

Experience in AI, Cloud software and IaaS is essential

7+ years of proven experience in a pre-sales role, particularly in cloud-native environments.

Experience designing, building, and operating GPT environments

You have experience selling new technologies with a focus on product adoption and expansion.

Experience with ML, deep learning, TensorFlow, Python, NLP

Proven ability to work effectively with and across all levels of business and IT contacts within large and complex organizations.

An entrepreneurial spirit with an affinity for collaboration and teamwork.

A self-starter who takes initiative, works with limited direction, and has experience with companies pursuing and undergoing rapid growth.

Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience)

Ability to travel up to 50%

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD 195,920 and USD 293,880 per year.However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
