Job DescriptionWork with Oracle's world class technology to develop, implement, and support Oracle's global support. As a member of the Support organization, your focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs.This involves resolving post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, as well as, technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting for our Electronic Support Services. A primary point of contact for customers, you are responsible for facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.The System Engineer role is a customer facing position within the Customer Support organization. This role is responsible to provide support for system implementations, HL7 integrations within Cerner and Third Party solutions, and the monitoring and maintenance of Oracle Health’s solutions and services.Career Level - IC2ResponsibilitiesAs a Systems Engineer II, you will interface with the customer's IT staff on a regular basis. You will be responsible for resolutions of moderately complex technical problems related to the interface builds, basic networking, capturing and reviewing transactional logging, analyzing Cerner Command Language(CCL) scripting, and working with other system vendors to repair or provide workarounds to HL7 v3 processing with Oracle Health's FSI Java Open Engine product. You should be highly experienced in some Oracle products and several platforms that are being supported. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
