The Capitol City Grille, located in the Radisson Hotel in downtown Lansing, is currently seeking an outgoing and enthusiastic individual to join our culinary team.
The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing meals for the hotel's restaurant and room service guests, including cooking, preparing and presenting food in an aesthetically pleasing way in a timely manner while still ensuring quality and while observing all safety and health regulations.
The ideal candidate will be willing and able to work the early morning/day (AM) shift OR the afternoon/evening (PM) shift, and be a self motivated, independent worker with a high level of interpersonal and customer service skills. Prior fine dining cooking experience in a restaurant environment required, hotel restaurant preferred.
