OverviewThe Hilton Garden Inn Lansing West is currently seeking a "night owl" to cover its front desk during the overnight (night audit) shifts. The ideal candidate should be personable, knowledgeable, detail oriented, service minded, energetic and have the ability to work well in a fast paced team environment. Duties include, but are not exclusive to:Greet guests immediately with a friendly and sincere welcomeProduce accurate and timely reports, and correctly handle all cash transactionsBalance and audit for accuracy, including; room revenue, food and beverage revenue, cashier’s reports, guest and house accounts and telephone revenue; assisting in the preparation of all reports. ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate would possess exceptional computer and guest service skills. Must have overnight availability to include weekends and holidays.
