Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and responsible Live-In Adult Foster Care Manager to oversee the daily care and well-being of 5 residents in a family-style home environment. This position is ideal for someone who wants stable income, meaningful work, and the comfort of living where they work.
Responsibilities
Provide daily support and companionship to 5 residents in a warm, family-oriented environment
Prepare and cook 3 balanced meals daily
Administer medications according to schedule
Keep the home clean, safe, and well-maintained
Track and schedule residents’ doctor appointments
Record daily notes about residents’ activities and well-being
Socialize and engage with residents, treating them as family
Uphold a positive, respectful, and supportive home atmosphere
