We’re hiring for a small, licensed adult foster care home in Lansing.
We’re looking for someone reliable, calm, and respectful to help support adults with mental health disabilities. No certification is required. We’ll train you. Just bring patience, responsibility, and a good attitude.
What the job involves:
Helping residents with daily routines (meals, hygiene, activities)
Medication administration.
Light cleaning and household upkeep.
Answering phone calls, documentation, and filing.
Being on time, following directions, and treating residents with care.
Schedule:
Full-time, with day, evening, and weekend shifts available.
Pay:
Competitive hourly rate (paid biweekly), with room to grow based on reliability and performance.

Must be dependable and respectful
