Need someone to clean 2.5 bathrooms every two weeks. When I do it, it takes me about 1.5 hours each for the two main baths and about .5 hours for the half bath (it's really small) so about 3.5 hours every two weeks. That means it would be about $70 for about half a day's work. We will provide cleaning supplies. If you have something you prefer to clean with, we can buy that for you. The biggest problem we have is the soap scum in the bath surround and we usually use bar keeper's friend with a magic eraser. Just let us know if something works better for you. If it works out, we're looking for someone to expand to a full day once every two weeks. It would be 8 hours - so $160 for the day (with a paid half hour for lunch). That would be the aforementioned bathrooms plus dusting, mopping, and vacuuming the common areas as well as cleaning the surfaces in the kitchen (countertops, cabinet faces, etc). We are clean and neat for the most part so you won't be starting from scratch. We just really need someone reliable, professional, and thorough. We will do a mandatory background check using your driver's license through ICHAT(State of Michigan). We do have a cat, so if you're allergic, it might not be for you. Scheduling is flexible. It doesn't need to be done the same day every time, but it does need to be consistent, thorough and reliable. We look forward to working with you!
