Formula 1 cars, skyscrapers, ships, space exploration vehicles, and many of the objects we see in our daily lives are being conceived and manufactured using our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.Key Responsibilities:Product Strategy : Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy for Design management across mechatronics applications, aligning with the company's overall business goals and market trends. Drive the development and implementation of commercial offerings to improve connectivity and interoperability of mechanical and electronics applications with PLM.Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, market trends, competitive landscape and opportunities for growth. Translate insights into actionable strategies.Innovation & Agile : Act like an entrepreneur, driving new insights with supporting argument models and/or improvements actions faster from idea generation to first implementation.Product Development : Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business development/sales, engineering, quality and R&D to identify and prioritize new business opportunities. Lead the product development process for commercial offerings following product lifecycle management process.Sales Enablement : Collaborate with business development/sales team to provide them with the vital tools, training, and product knowledge to effectively promote and sell mechatronics integration with PLM.Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with other departments such as marketing, sales, operations, and service delivery to ensure alignment and successful execution of product strategies.Qualifications:

BS degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

8+ years combined in product management, project management & service experience.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to make informed decisions.

Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate efficiently with interdisciplinary teams, partners, and suppliers.

Customer-centric problem solver with a dedication to recognizing and resolving customer challenges.

Proficiency in using relevant software tools, including Microsoft Office Suite, product management software, Mechatronics Authoring tools and data analysis tools.

Siemens Software. Transform the EverydayThe total cash compensation range for this position is $135,700 to $271,400 with 20% of this being comprised of an annual incentive target. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.   • Compliance Associate Manager The Associate Manager, Compliance is responsible for managing the Compliance function for a specific area of responsibility within the CMS Program. It has direct accountability for ensuring compliance within their purview. This includes responsibility for Control Testing strategy and implementation, day-to-day oversight, and remediation of Compliance-related issues. Possible Responsibilities Manage Regulatory Compliance Maintain Compliance Framework. Ensure compliance with regulations. Ensure third-party partners meet Regulatory requirements.
