Working independently performing lab work the Research Technician will:Independently developing test methods and driving routine specification and product maintenance testing.They also work to solve mixing/equipment issues independently. and prepare results to present to customer with guidance.Performing Lab work to support product maintenanceAssist DOE, DFMEA to facilitate transfer of new products into productionAssist in Pilot runsWork on assigned projects independentlyUnderstand equipment manual and is able to use equipment to its capabilities
