The Sales Representative sells the organization's products and services within an assigned geographic area, product range, or list of new & existing customer accounts to meet sales targets. Develop revenue generation through the creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls, and establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers. Accountable for increasing sales/client ratio and expanding customer base.
Responsibilities:Proactively identify and research new customer and new project opportunities, identify decision makers within prospectsOrganize and participate in discovery meetings with clients in order to identify revenue opportunities, make recommendations, and determine next steps.Develops a business plan for each accountPrepare clear and effective written proposals and quotations for prospective and current customers.Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of client business needs and offer the appropriate business solutions that help each achieve their strategic business goalsRecommend to clients additional solutions and services the company provides, highlighting the advantages of the product or service, utilizing internal tools and resources as neededDevelop sales skills and knowledge of the organization's products, services, and customers by working closely with a more experienced sales representative.Partners with internal resources to execute targeted deliverables within a timely mannerProvide extraordinary customer service throughout the sales processForecast accurately and maintain the system of record in Salesforce.com.Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned
