Day-to-Day Role:
Align and optimize both the short- and long-term production plans with operations capacity constraints to drive production to inventory targets for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
Use capacity and priority to convert planned orders into production, purchase, and/or stock transfer orders
Monitor inventory levels and adjust supply planning
Advance raw material supply dependability and production campaign planning through analysis and efficient execution
Follow standard processes to independently update Material Requirement Planning (MRP) settings
Collaborate with key stakeholders through meetings, written correspondence, and telephone contact as part of the planning process and resolve issues
Maintain rough cut capacity planning module to develop long-term supply plans
Core Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must possess all of the following:
Bachelor’s degree required with an emphasis in supply chain, business or related field of study, preferred
Microsoft Excel skills to include the ability to create spreadsheets (e.g., formulas such as V-lookup, graphs, pivot tables)
Ability to identify issues, compare data, investigate and resolve discrepancies
Ability to perform root cause analysis to determine corrective actions
Ability to work independently, with moderate supervision
Excellent verbal and written skills necessary in order to communicate intricate job-related processes to internal customers
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Demonstrated aptitude for technology
Related work or internship experience
SAP or similar ERP experience

Use advanced knowledge and skills to plan, process, and analyze issues of a complex scope. Provide improvement recommendations to advance the product supply workflow.
Day-to-Day Role:

May evaluate available production and network capacity to support existing and or new business, and provide feedback as necessary
Core Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must possess all of the following:
Bachelor’s degree required with an emphasis in supply chain, business or related field of study, preferred
Two (2) years of experience in supply planning
Demonstrated aptitude for technology, including SAP/ERP system and MS Office Suite (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
Ability to identify issues, compare data, investigate and resolve complex discrepancies (root cause, corrective actions)
Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
Excellent verbal and written skills necessary in order to communicate intricate job-related processes to internal customers
Ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization while exhibiting a high degree of professionalism
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
SAP or similar ERP experience
