How you will make an impact -Schedule interviews for Recruiting Manager across multiple locations using Microsoft Outlook -Maintain various office files and provide general office filing support
Arrange, review, and distribute incoming mail according to specified procedures
Assist other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks
Greeting visitors
Answering all incoming phone calls
Have strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency
Oversee various office files and provide general office filing support Requirements -Microsoft Outlook
-Strong customer service and office administrative skills
Strong communication and social skills
Great attention to detail
Energetic, intelligent, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy
Proven knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Solid understanding of Corporate Recruiting
Strong familiarity with Phone Screens
Customer service experience highly desired
Well-founded grasp of Microsoft Word
Highly organized and self-motivated
Incoming phone call management skills desired
