We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to assist our guests with inquiries, bookings, and general support. The Customer Support Specialist will serve as the first point of contact, ensuring guests have an excellent experience whether they are planning a party, attending an event, or just looking for information.
Key Responsibilities
-Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
-Provide accurate information on events, party packages, pricing, and schedules.
-Assist with reservations, ticket sales, and group bookings.
-Handle complaints or issues with empathy and professionalism, escalating when necessary.
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our system.
-Collaborate with event and operations staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
-Represent Skateland Arena’s values by providing a welcoming and positive experience.
Qualifications
-Previous customer service, support, or front desk experience preferred.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Positive, patient, and solution-focused attitude.
-Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
-Basic computer skills (POS systems, email, CRM, or ticketing systems).
-High school diploma or equivalent required.
