We are a local home improvement company that is looking for a Warranty Manager to join our growing team. Must be reliable, a self-starter and able to work independently. Due to our exceptional growth we are expanding our team in our local NW Ohio area.
Job Description:
- Communicate with customers with any issues
- Respond and Schedule appointments within 12 to 48 hours
- Complete a remeasure as needed
- Complete repair(s) as specified on the work order/scope
- Collect any balances (as needed)
- Manage and Organize paperwork
- Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
- Telephone to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up on repairs.
General Responsibilities:
- Be proficient calling data bases and existing customers
- Maintain professionalism
- Must have a pleasant phone demeanor
- Be dependable with a great attitude!
