Provide assessment, person-centered planning, monitoring, and advocacy regarding the needs of individuals and families. Provide culturally appropriate clinical services to individuals, families and groups for various mental health, co-occurring disorders and age groups. Work cooperatively with professionals and paraprofessionals while utilizing local and tribal resources. Participate in cultural and community events and activities on a regular basis. All Behavioral Health staff must adhere to mandated reporting laws.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Incorporate traditional cultural approaches in a treatment setting.Conduct psychosocial assessments; coordinate, monitor, evaluate and advocate for appropriate services.Maintain an active caseload of individual, family and/or group clients in order to meet assigned productivity level. Caseloads include a combination of Outpatient clients and Residential Treatment Center-RTC clients.Develop appropriate person-centered treatment plan to address the client's current psychosocial, mental health and substance use issues.Demonstrate the utilization of Evidenced Based Practices in the treatment of clients.When working with clients admitted to RTC, participate in aftercare recommendations and continuous care planning with an emphasis in utilizing community resources in the individualized recovery plan.
