Mighty Lube Systematic Lubrication, Inc., a leader in conveyor preventative and predictive care, is seeking a Sales Engineer to join their team in Fremont, MI.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering highly preferred
4 years of experience with OEM Management with conveyer chain manufacturers and suppliers
Experience managing a team

Responsibilities include:
Research and identify potential new customers within the OEM sector, especially those requiring specialized conveyor chain solutions.
Lead sales negotiations with potential clients, ensuring favorable terms while balancing technical specifications and customer needs.
Work with clients to understand their technical requirements for conveyor chains, offering solutions tailored to their specific needs.
Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers, ensuring favorable pricing, quality, and delivery conditions.
Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with agreements, timelines, and quality standards.
Resolve issues related to supply disruptions, quality concerns, or delivery delays.
Ensure that the conveyor chains meet OEM specifications and customer requirements.
Collaborate with quality control teams to monitor and improve product quality, conducting audits and inspections when necessary.
Act as the technical point of contact for our product lines, explaining how they help the conveyor chains and related systems to perform, their technical specifications, and how they align with customer requirements.
Collaborate closely with OEM customers (such as manufacturers using conveyor systems in their production lines) to ensure that products meet their quality, design, and operational requirements.
