Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook pizzas according to our established recipes and standards.
Maintain the highest level of quality and consistency for all dishes.
Manage pizza preparation processes, including dough making, ingredient prepping, and oven management.
Ensure kitchen, equipment, and work areas are kept clean and organized.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to the kitchen manager.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet and exceed guest expectations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a pizza cook or similar role, with a strong foundation in pizza making techniques.
Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation standards.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain composure in a busy kitchen environment.
