Full time Maintenance Technician needed for local apartment community. Prefer some experience in general apartment maintenance but willing to train the right person. Must be capable of doing various grounds and landscaping tasks as well, including snow removal. Must have a valid driver's license and dependable vehicle. Hours 8-5 Monday thru Friday. Paid Holidays. This position requires availability for shared on-call emergency requests.
