Aluminum Technologies, part of the Busche Performance Group, is searching

for individuals interested in training to become Casting Machine Operators

in Fruitport, MI.

In

this role, you will be operating machines used to form aluminum castings and

to process them as directed.

If

you have previous manufacturing, production, construction, industrial,

or maintenance related experience they want to hear from you. If you

have a stable work history, they are also open to candidates outside of these

backgrounds who are willing to learn! All candidates must be able to lift up

to 30 lbs. and must be willing to work in a heavy manufacturing environment.

Schedule

“ There are two shifts available “ 2nd: 2pm-10pm, and

3rd: 10pm-6:30am, both Monday-Friday. Overtime is voluntary.

Job Stability “ As an aluminum casting supplier,

Busche has positioned itself for continued growth in the automotive sector

as the industry moves towards more fuel efficient, light-weight and electric

vehicles. With sales remaining strong through 2023, Busche has been awarded,

and is currently developing, parts that will launch in 2022 and beyond.

Responsibilities:

Ensures

that production equipment is functioning within operating parameters correctly.

Ensures

that production equipment is producing or processing castings that meet the

customers quality requirements.

Observes

machines and equipment for malfunction and adjusts or repairs as directed

to ensure that the equipment will operate at maximum efficiency, within operating

parameters, safely and correctly.

Identifies

scrap and segregates it from product that meets customer specifications. Identifies

all containers as to quality of product, status of product and part and/or

job number.

Accurately

tracks and documents productivity information for the production cell, as

directed.

Recommends

measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality

of product.

Completes

all production paperwork; ensures paperwork is completed in a timely manner.

Relieves

other employees for breaks, as needed.

Recommends improvements for completing tasks and/or for casting improvement.
