We are currently seeking HVAC installers and technicians with varying levels of experience for residential and light commercial projects. Ideal candidates will be organized, possess a strong work ethic, and demonstrate mechanical aptitude. Applicants must be available from Monday to Friday between 8 am and 6 pm. The successful candidate will be capable of executing installations efficiently and professionally.
Our preference is for professionals with expertise in residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Leadership abilities and the capacity to mentor others are highly valued and will result in higher compensation once demonstrated. We also welcome applicants at different skill levels for various roles within our organization.
Compensation is dispensed on a weekly basis, either hourly or on a contract arrangement, contingent upon experience and compatibility with our company. Our pay rates are competitive, reflecting the individual's knowledge, experience, and ability to complete projects promptly and professionally. Teams with proven competence are encouraged to apply. Additional compensation opportunities may include commissions and weekend work. There are no requirements for after-hours service.
The position requires both mental and physical effort. Candidates must be physically adept, able to climb ladders, carry toolboxes, lift equipment, operate power tools safely, and think logically and independently when necessary. Compensation is aligned with abilities, trade knowledge, and verifiable results. Experienced professionals are expected to possess basic HVAC tools.
