WinnCompanies is looking for a Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Pine Grove Manor, a 172-unit affordable housing and market community located in Muskegon Township, MI.
In this role, you will perform maintenance functions in the community, including rental units, residential common areas, office, grounds, and parking lots. The ideal candidate will also maintain the property to satisfy ownership and management objectives.
Please note that the pay rate for this position is $19.00-$21.00 per hour dependent on experience. Additionally, the selected candidate will adhere to the following work schedule: Monday through Friday, from 8:00AM to 5:00PM, with a rotational on-call schedule every other week.
