Pay is $22/hr-$34/hr based on experience. We offer a full benefits package along with 401k.
We currently are in need of Structural Steel and Pre-Engineered Iron workers to start work immediately, working on commercial and industrial projects.
Scope of work: Build and install iron or steel girders, columns, purlins, and other structures, erect steel frames, Weld beams in place using 7018 stick welding in flat, vertical and overhead positions, fasten metal panels to structure, install insulation and other tasks as assigned.
Additional details: set up rigging for construction projects, must be able to signal or verbally direct workers engaged in hoisting and moving loads attach loads to rigging and ensure safety of workers and materials.
Work Locations: Muskegon, Holland, Grand Rapids, Cedar Springs, Greenville, Sparta and surrounding areas.

Requirements
6+ months of experience in construction work
Must be over 18
Possess a High School Diploma or GED
Must be reliable and self-motivated
Possess a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
Have experience working with hand tools, power tools and industrial lift equipment
Ability to perform necessary tasks in a safe manner
