Work in a fun environment! Know Way Out is expanding our team of Game Master/Guest Relations staff. Position is part-time, 4-5 days per week, afternoon and evenings.
Responsibilities:
Prepare/Reset game rooms for game play with attention to detail.
Greet guests upon check-in and present introduction/guidelines in a welcoming manner
Monitor game play and provide hints/clues as requested in a professional manner
Book experiences and answer questions in person or over the phone
Be able to use and troubleshoot software used for booking system and game monitoring systems as well as other basic types of computer technology as needed
Light cleaning as needed to maintain games rooms and common areas
Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
Light physical tasks required in building of new rooms as needed
Requirements:
HS diploma
Previous Customer Service experience helpful but not required
Ideal Candidate would enjoy puzzles and games, have a strong desire for a positive customer experience, and an overall positive attitude.
