Customer Service Representative
Blue Flame Propane, Inc. seeks a full-time Customer Service Representative for our Mio Bulk Plant Office.
Position Duties and Responsibilities:
Professionalism with handling customer calls for enrollments, cancellations, resolutions for issues, and complaints.
Processing customer orders.
Posting daily work in the computer system.
Reconciling daily deposits.
Assist with dispatching customer orders to drivers.
Greet visitors (customers, USPS, FedEx, UPS).
If needed, other duties as assigned by the Director or Office Manager.

Position Qualifications:
Two years of Customer Service experience is preferred.
Moderate data entry and computer skills required.
Effective communication skills, friendly, organized, and professional.
