Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Pizzeria Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a team, and ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, customer service, and team development, with a strong background in restaurant management.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of pizzeria operations, including front-of-house and kitchen.

Hire, train, and manage staff to maintain high performance and morale.

Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met.

Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships.

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve complaints professionally.

Manage scheduling, payroll, and daily financial reporting.

Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales.

Maintain compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a restaurant or pizzeria manager (2+ years preferred).

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Proficiency in POS systems and basic financial reporting.
