Daily Responsibilities:
Open Cook Line
Rotate and Fill Cook Line Stock
Flawlessly execute established recipes
Daily inventory
Cook menu items as ordered in a fast, efficient, sanitary manner while always keeping a clean work area
Daily Prep
Daily Cleaning
Daily Maintenance of work area
Cleaning and closing the kitchen at the end of each day
