2 Lads Winery is looking for bussers/backservers! Youll work as part of our tasting room team to ensure an unparalleled guest experience and positively reflect the 2 Lads brand. No prior winery or restaurant experience is necessary well teach you all you need to know!
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:
Assist tasting room hosts in greeting and seating guests
Setting and clearing of service areas
Cleaning, restocking, and polishing of glasses and dishware
Assist in food preparation and service
Restocking retail area
Knowledge of 2 Lads products and procedures
Perform housekeeping of tasting room, restrooms, patios, storage, and break areas
Maintaining the highest standards of guest service at all times
QUALIFICATIONS
Team focused, positive attitude
Commitment to guest service
Communication skills speaking and listening!
Organized
Able to stand, move, or walk for extended periods of time
Able to lift up to 50lbs.
Reliable transportation
Must be 16+ years old
