The Tend team is seeking enthusiastic, professional, and reliable individuals to join our event staff for the sophisticated Candlelight Series. If you have a can-do attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to create memorable experiences, we’d love to have you on board!
Job Description:
As part of our event staff, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the success of each event. Responsibilities include:
Setup:
Place candles throughout the venue.
Arrange furniture to match the event floor plan.
Set up the check-in table and other necessary event materials.
During the Event:
Act as a host, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Serve as the “eyes and ears” of the event, ensuring smooth operations.
Provide exceptional customer service, upholding our values of respect and professionalism.
Takedown:
Assist with cleaning up and organizing event materials post-event.
Restore the venue to its original state.
Requirements:
A positive attitude and willingness to adapt to different tasks.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
A professional demeanor and polished appearance.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Previous experience in events, customer service, or related roles is a plus.
Vaccination is encouraged but not required.
