Looking for a area supervisor for a vacation rental cleaning service, and a housekeeper. Potential for a FT role or willing to have a contractor if preferred. Basic level English is needed and an extreme attention to detail.
Pay:
- Cleaner $16-$20 (Contractor or Full Time role possible)
- Supervisor $18-$22 (Contractor or Full Time role possible)
Both roles are bonus applicable based on meeting business goals
Hours: 32-45 depending on season

Responsibilities
Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors to ensure a spotless environment.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to maintain hygiene standards.
Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Follow established housekeeping protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations within the facility.
Qualifications
Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred; experience in hotel or hospitality settings is a plus.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks throughout the shift.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 lbs as required for cleaning tasks.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.
Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is beneficial.
