Line Cook - Description
This is a part-time on-site role for Line Cooks at Fingers Crossed located in Northport, MI. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking all menu items in a timely manner, while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. You will also collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure that food is prepared and presented to the highest standard. You will uphold the restaurant's quality and sanitation standards at all times.
Qualifications
Prior experience as a Line Cook or in a similar cooking role
Knowledge of kitchen equipment, food safety and sanitation procedures, and recipe adherence
Ability to prepare food according to recipes, and create menu items with high standards for quality, taste, and presentation
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and maintain a clean and organized work area
Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent
Kitchen Manager - Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Kitchen Manager located in Northport, MI. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including managing prepped ingredients, inventory control, menu planning, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Kitchen Manager will collaborate closely with other members of the management team to ensure a high-quality dining experience for our customers. Ideally, an early riser with a great attention to detail.
Qualifications
Prior experience as a kitchen manager, line cook is preferred but not required
Experience with inventory management and menu planning
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to health and safety regulations
High school diploma or equivalent required
