Line Cook will be responsible for preparing food items to be served to guests in the restaurant. The position is an important role at The Good Bowl, creating great food, ensuring proper sanitation, portion control, quality standards, supporting team.
Responsibilities:
· Prepares food items that meet and exceed guests expectations.
· Sets up, maintains and operates station using prep sheets and charts.
· Comply to standard recipes, portion sizes and rules and procedures.
· Prep and prepare menu items to correct temperature to specified timeframes.
· Maintain quality and freshness of all food.
· Keep stations cleaned and sanitized
· Sweeps, mop, deck scrub floors, as need or directed by manager.
· Exhibits a sense of urgency responding to guests and orders
