A cellerman is a very important job within a brewery. They are responsible for:
Packaging
Cleaning of vessels, parts, kegs etc.
Assisting brewers with brews
Yeast harvest, pitching and health management
Cellerman qualities:
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Paying close attention to detail
Willingness to assist with tasks outside of key responsibilities
Communicate efficiently with team and customers
Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
Must be able to:
Lift 55lbs
Stand for 8-10 hours per day
Operate a forklift or complex machinery
Work in a non temperature controlled environment
Handle hazardous materials
