Assistant Float Manager full time position. A direct service worker (DSP) provides personal care to the elderly and disabled. We are looking for dependable people to assist the managers in the homes. Duties would include but are not limited to assist daily living activities, hygiene care, housekeeping, administrative duties, training new staff and appointments.
Applicants must be 18 years of age or older with a valid license.
Afternoons and Weekends available.

Qualifications and Requirements:
High school diploma or GED preferred.

Must be able to multi-task with residence and office duties.
On call mandatory
Preferred:
1-2 years of experience in healthcare, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
