Pella Windows & Doors of Traverse City is seeking a subcontract Close-Out Specialist. The Close-Out Specialist works on new construction job-sites installing screens and hardware, making adjustments to installed windows and doors for smooth operation, identifying problems and in general readying our products for the home-owner to move in. Work generally takes place in a conditioned environment is typically light duty. This is a perfect job for a semi-retired carpenter or skilled handyman. Consistent work. Must have own truck/tools and insurance. Great compensation.
