Apprentice Technician

We are a team committed to lifestyle quality and self-growth. We accomplish this in 3 main ways.
1. We provide flexible scheduling. Our full-time technician positions operate on a 4-day work week. We fulfill a 40-hour week by working four 10-hour shifts and having 3 days off a week. This allows our team members to recharge their minds and attend to their responsibilities and goals at home.
2. Self-growth is very important to our team. New team members that can be humble and open to learning will excel in this company. We offer in-depth training to prepare our team for success. We encourage furthering your abilities and education. Your voice will be heard, and we will be rooting for your success from the day you walk in the door.

The Position:
- This job is not for the light-hearted. We work in the rain in the spring, the hot sun in the summer, heavier winds and snow in the fall and early winter. It takes a physically able individual who is comfortable working at heights on ladders to succeed at this profession. However, this job can be very rewarding taking in waterfront and rural landscapes all year long and meeting the incredible humans that reside in Grand Traverse County and surrounding areas.
- Working on a fun 2-person team fulfilling your route
- Performing window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and holiday light hanging for amazing clients using our industry leading technology and equipment
- Providing care for our community. We are privileged to earn the business of our local community. In turn we are committed to treating their property with the utmost respect and care
- We are looking for team members that are passionate about nature, friendly, detail-oriented and take pride in their work.
- This position starts as an Apprentice Technician and graduates into a Full- Time Technician after our 90-day probationary period.
- We are a seasonal business operating from April-January (holiday shutdown 12/24-1/1).
- Shift hours are Monday-Friday 7:30am-5pm
- This position will be eligible for hire 3/17/25
Who You Are:
- You do NOT need experience in window cleaning, gutter cleaning, or holiday light hanging
- You must be comfortable working on extension ladders (up to 32’ tall)
- Any experience in the home service industry is an asset
- You must enjoy the outdoors, be humble, hard-working, and ambitious
- Have a valid driver’s license
Compensation:
