We are looking for someone with the ability to help us provide consistent high quality cleaning services to our residential customers. This position has the unique opportunity to provide some schedule flexibility to accommodate your personal needs but will typically be an 8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday work week. This position plays a vital role in providing our very nice customers with a full range of interior & exterior housekeeping needs & will include duties such as, but not limited to, residential housekeeping, rental turnovers & cottage opening & closing. The candidate must be adaptable & flexible to changing situations & able to perform their duties efficiently in various locations & surroundings. This is a very fast paced, never boring working environment.
To be considered for this position a candidate MUST have:
- A valid drivers license & reliable transportation (a work vehicle will be provided for you while on the clock)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Some level of housekeeping experience in either residential cleaning, commercial cleaning or both
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals & surfaces
- Working knowledge of various cleaning equipment
- Strong organizational & time management skills
- The ability to adapt in the surroundings they're working in
- Be capable of keeping up & working long hours in a fast paced environment
- An eye for, & attention to detail
- The ability to communicate politely & professionally with customers
- High work standards & the capability meet performance standards without supervision
- The skills to effectively communicate with managers regarding daily operations & personal duties
- Good teamwork skills & the ability to collaborate effectively with co workers
- A positive attitude and presentation in front of customers
- High level of discretion & capability to respect customers privacy
This position is hourly with a starting wage of somewhere between $20-$25/hour depending on the candidates level of experience in the industry.
