Lakeview Lawn & Snow is a fairly new business in Traverse City that has excelled in providing residential clients with the most professional lawn care service and most reliable snow service in the area. The overwhelming community support has us looking for an individual to help provide these services. This individual will be trained to professionally care for our clients, community, environment, and the commitments we make. This individual will then be responsible for training others to provide these professional services. The individual will be encouraged to grow within the company to other positions including maintenance, estimation, customer support, management, administration, advertising & marketing, and financial management.
Job Details:
Position to be filled by May 1st.
No experience or college is necessary but is desirable.
Crew Leader: $20-$30/hr to start. Bonus, benefits, and year round employment available.

-By end of year one, successful candidate should be able to:
Successfully lead a 2 person lawn maintenance team.
Delegate work.
Operate a snow removal tractor and complete a residential snow route.
Train new employees in lawn maintenance & snow removal.
Promote a positive reinforcement work culture.
Shift and schedule:
Spring, Summer, and Fall- Regular M-F 8 hour shifts (40hrs) Occasional Overtime.
Winter Nov1st - April 15 On call for snow removal and maintenance. Often overnight. (40hrs) Occasional overtime.
