You will manage all aspects of jobsite operations, ensuring that every detail meets company standards and client expectations. This is a leadership role that plays a critical part in the success of our projects, our team, and our clients.Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Team DevelopmentSupervise and motivate a crew of landscape installersSet clear production goals and keep the team focused and on taskTrain and mentor team members in best practices, safety, and qualityPromote a positive, respectful, and mission-driven work environmentProject & Jobsite ManagementRead and interpret landscape plans and project documentsOversee daily jobsite activities and workflowOperate skid steers, mini-excavators, and other machineryMonitor materials, equipment, and jobsite conditionsTrack labor hours, materials, and job progress using LMN appClient & CommunicationCommunicate clearly with clients, coworkers, and managementRepresent the company professionally on job sitesEnsure the final product meets or exceeds client expectationsSafety & ComplianceEnforce safety standards and company policiesEnsure proper use of PPE and safe equipment operationMaintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsiteQualifications:5 to 8 years of landscape installation experiencePrior experience managing installation crewsProficient with heavy equipment: skid steers, loaders, mini-excavatorsStrong understanding of hardscape and softscape installationAbility to read landscape designs and use a transit or zip levelValid Michigan Chauffeur LicenseAbility to pass a DOT physicalUnilock U-Tec certificationStrong communication and organizational skillsPhysical Requirements:Able to work outdoors in all weather conditionsAble to lift 50+ lbs regularlyWillingness to work 45–55 hours/week and some weekendsAvailable for on-call snow removal work in winterWhat We Offer:Salary: $48,000–$64,000/year, based on experienceBonus: Up to $6,000/year based on performanceHealth Benefits: $275/month company contribution toward medical, dental, visionPaid Time Off: 80 hours PTO annually + 6 paid holidaysRetirement: 401(k) with 4% company matchLife Insurance: $10,000 company-provided policyCompany Phone: Provided for business useCareer Growth: Ongoing training and leadership developmentWork That Matters: Be part of something bigger – creating outdoor spaces that inspire and endureWhy Join Old Mission Associates?We don’t just install landscapes – we build careers, relationships, and long-term value.
