-Safety first mentality (ANSI/OSHA)

-Ability to teach and inspire
-Ability to manage people
-Mechanical aptitude
-Intimately familiar with rigging operations
-Professional saw handler
-Proficient in double and single rope climbing techniques
-Proficient in mini lift operations
-Ability to communicate efficiently with all levels of management
